Can you do OEM or private label?
Yes, we support both OEM and ODM. It’s also OK if you want to sell our brand “Hopestar”.
Can I test samples?
Yes, all of our products are available in stock. We can ship the samples to you in 3 days after payment.
What’s the lead time for the goods?
For samples, 3-5 days; for bulk goods, 30 ~ 35 days after receipt of deposit and samples approval.
How can I pay?
We accept PayPal and Western Union for sample payment and T/T (30% deposit and 70% balance payment before delivery) for bulk goods.
Can you do sea shipping?
Yes, we can ship the goods as you required, by air or by sea.
How’s the quality of bluetooth speakers and TWS earbuds?
We are a BSCI certified manufacturer and all of our products can be approved by CE, ROHS, FCC and REACH if your have requirements.
